You've been my guiding light
Out of a path filled with darkness
Onto one bright like a cloudless day.
Your loving devotion changed my heart
One without hope and bitterly cold
Into one filled with love_
You gave purpose to a hopeless soul.
My knowing you're there for me
Has given me reasons to live
With realization my life is worthwhile_
