My Friend Is AlwaysThere

When troubles grow strong

My friend is always there

Encouraging and helping me

Letting me know she cares.

Life would be very lonely

If I had to face it alone

I believe everyone needs a friend

Just being there if things go wrong.

I feel fortunate having a best friend

Who fills the voids in my heart

It feels so good knowing she's near

Even when we are miles apart.
