When I fell in love with you

I thought it was forever

But today my poor heart is aching

Because you didn't feel the same.

A lasting love affair takes two

So why did you tell me you loved me

When you knew you were playing games

Please tell me why then forever go..

Life is too precious for me to cry

I'll piece together my hurting heart

And search for someone whose sincere

When they tell you they love you...
