Those Magnificent Feelings

Today she has a pink ribbon

In her beautiful hair

And a radiant smile

Is lighting her pretty face_

My arms are eagerly reaching for her

As she walks into my embrace.

It was just last night

When she told me

Her heart was mine alone_

And from that moment on

An emptiness

Inside my heart was gone..
