Another Chance

If God gave

Me another chance

To live my life over again,

I'd thank him each day

For another chance

To correct my past mistakes.

I'd open my heart

Giving unselfish love

Instead of giving

heartbreaking pain_

These things I would do_

If God gave me

Another chance..

Those times my children

Asked me to play

I'd gladly say "okay"

Instead of saying

"I have no time today"...

I'd thank my wife

For standing by me

When other's turned

Their heads away_

Most of all

I'd thank her for

Sharing her life with me....

All these things

I'd gladly promise to do

If only God gave me

Another chance.....
