Don't walk around with

A chip on your shoulder

Hold your head up high

And smile

At the Sea Gulls when they fly by.

Don't even think or worry

About you're getting old

Think about happy times

It'll help keep

Your emotions under control.

Life is too short to worry

So don't let worry ruin your day

Accept things as they are

You can't change them anyway.

Next time we walk on the beach

I hope to see your face lit up with a big smile

And if I do_

I sincerely hope it stays there a long while.
