All These Things

When a dear one

Departs earthly life

I believe they pass

Through another door.

Into a Heavenly place

And wait there for you

Until you're united with them

Just like it was before.

Each of those

Grieving tears you shed

I believe your loved one

Catches them all.

And holds those tears

Next to their heart

To comfort them

Until you receive

Your Heavenly call.

All these things

I sincerely believe.
