The Seasons Change
And So Does
Life

Countless colorful leaves are
falling to the ground
Soon they will disappear under a blanket of snow
A
reminder the Fall is surrendering to Winter
The season children always
believe comes too slow.
Stages of human life are much
like the seasons
During our young years we learn right from wrong
Many
other important things we are taught
Then seemingly overnight our childhood
is gone.
Education complete, men and women
meet and marry
Soon they are blessed with children in their home
The years
creep by quietly but ever so fast
Children grow up, once again Dad and Mom
are alone.
Dad and Mom cannot believe they
are grandparents
It seems only yesterday their children were small
Dad and
Mom both realize they are growing old
And know their Winter will soon
overtake their Fall.

Life.....
