Today, Tomorrow

Or Until....

Wouldn't it be wonderful

If God would build a stairway

Leading to Heaven's gate

With Angels waiting there

To guide us along the way.

Overpowering emotions

Would engulf our souls

With inquisitive delight

As we walked past the moon,

Beyond twinkling stars of the night.

Sometimes dreams do come true

Maybe one day mine will

And the stairway will appear

For now I'll patiently wait

Hoping my dreams will come true

Today, tomorrow or until....
