Time Passes
So Very Fast
Springtime has passed
The warm summer has arrived
Time passes so very fast
But it is such a great feeling
Just being alive!
Time passes so very fast
Soon summer will be gone
Fall colors will sneak in
Time passes so very fast
No season stays for long.
When I was young
Time didn't enter my mind
But now that I've grown old
Time passes so very fast
Sadly I have begun to realize
Most of my earth life is behind.
After winter comes spring
Leaves on trees pop out
Tells me nothing ever dies
Because God has promised
Us everlasting life
God keeping his promise
I have no doubt.
