This Is The Way
It Always Will Be
Eventually they will cease continuing
Their plans to build a wall between us
They will see how much we are in love
And realize they will have to adjust.
You and I will knock any walls down
That attempts separating our hearts
Neither of us can understand why
They did not realize this from the start.
We intend spending our lives together
They can accept this or leave us alone
Regardless what they do both of us know
Our being together is where we belong.
This is the way it always will be...
