They're All I Have
For Now
Another day is passing
The sun is fading from the sky
Darkness will soon arrive
Concealing sad tears in my eyes.
Only yesterday it seems was
The night I asked for your hand
Oh! How I wish I could relive
That wonderful night again.
I thank God for all the years
He allowed us sharing together
And ask him one future day to allow
Our being reunited forever.
It's time now to walk back home
And sit down next to your chair
Reliving memories of happy moments
You and I my love used to share.
They're all I have for now......
