Our Last Moments Together
As I stand watching this beautiful waterfall
I wonder how many others have watched it too
How many came here with the one they loved
Like once my darling I came here with you?
It seems only yesterday you and I were here
In soft whispers planning our future together
No thoughts fate would take one of us away
We were young believing life lasted forever.
Deep inside I believe we will be together again
God would never allow a love like ours to die
It is just for now I have to carry on without you
That's why darling I couldn't tell you good-bye.
