
I stand in awe watching the winds of a raging storm methodically eating away a yielding ocean shoreline
No white flags can be raised against a raging storms might it has no ears to hear merciful pleas of any kind
I wonder how many schooner captains stayed with their ships standing at attention saluting the power of nature's might
As the ocean reached up and devoured their ships in one gulp only the ocean knows how many lost their lives someday or night.
Yet I wonder
