Takes My Pain Away

Time is passing by me

The days moving too fast

Each moment here is more

Precious than the last.

My mirror is telling me

My youth is fading away

Seems I'm realizing it

More and more each day.

The memories left to me

Of my loved ones now gone

Leave me very sad and blue

Feeling so much alone.

My dear family left around me

Helps to takes my pain away

Without them and their love

I couldn't survive each day.

My time will soon be here

To travel on far away

Beyond twinkling stars

To where the angels stay.

In my eternity I will again be

With all those I have loved

Time will stand still for us

In God's heaven high above.
